Your whole week,already figured out.
Easy Eats builds a seven-day plan around your biology, then hands you the dashboard that runs it. What you’re cooking tonight, what to buy, which farmers market has it. Three days are free. Where most people actually begin is just below.
Takes about three minutes. No credit card.
Most people arrive for the meal plan. It works best as the third thing you do.
The smoothie resets the gut and needs a long enough run to do it. The session teaches you the sourcing and the prep. The plan is what keeps it going every week after. You can start anywhere, but this is the order that holds.

Your plan isn’t a document. It’s a dashboard that knows what day it is. Click through the real thing below: the week, the grocery list it generates, what your eating actually added up to, and the preferences behind all of it.

daily averageNutrients you focused on
cooked logRecipes you kept
Saved recipes outlive the plan they came from. The whole recipe is stored, so these are still here in a year.
You stop deciding. Seven days, four slots a day, each meal picked for your biology and your schedule, with the cook time on the card before you commit to it. Tap a meal for the full recipe, or mark it cooked and the week keeps count.
One list, already sorted. Every ingredient in the week, combined into single quantities and grouped by aisle so you walk the store once. Check items off as you go. The list remembers, on every device you open it on.
Proof, not vibes. Every figure here counts only the meals you actually ticked, never the ones the plan proposed. Planned against cooked, nutrient by nutrient, including the ones you asked for more of and didn’t get.
The good ones don’t expire. Keep a recipe and the whole thing is stored: ingredients, steps, nutrition. It stays after the week it came from is long gone, so a meal you loved in August is still there in January.
Change your mind anytime. Every answer from your intake stays editable, and anything marked changes the food is a hard constraint, and a plan that breaks one never reaches you. Save a preference to shape the next plan, or generate a fresh week now.
The parts that make a plan survive contact with a real week.
One meal you don’t want, changed
Pick a quick change or say exactly what you want, and the meal agent adjusts that dish alone, or rebuilds the slot entirely. Either way the rest of your week stays exactly as it is, and the grocery list updates to match.
Food that grew nearby
Your ZIP finds the farmers markets, farm stands and co-ops around you, then the plan says which ones actually carry what’s on your list this week, because the further we get from the source, the less the food does for us.
A week you can actually see
Tick a meal as cooked and it joins your log. The grid shows where the week held and where it slipped, and because every Insights figure reads the log, the numbers are what you ate, not what was suggested.
Four steps, no guesswork.

Born from a health scare, built for real kitchens.
In 2012, doctors gave me two options: remove 60% of my stomach, or plan my funeral. Neither felt right. What changed everything after that was one question I could not put down: how did I get here?
What followed was years of learning how food actually works with the body, not against it. It started with cooking my own meals. The smoothies came later, built to support healing rather than just fill a glass. Over time, that daily practice became something friends and family found helpful.
The further we get from the source of our food, the sicker we get. Damion Parsons · Founder, Easy Eats Meal Plan
So I modeled what I had been doing and started sharing it with folks who were looking for support in their own health. That model is Easy Eats: a plan built around your biology instead of a one-size-fits-all template, and a dashboard that carries it through the week with you.

Questions and Answers
Everything you need to know about our experience, Can’t find an answer? Get in touch →
Do I have to live in South Florida to use Easy Eats Meal Plan?
No. The 7 day meal plan, the grocery list and the dashboard work anywhere, and the sourcing guide finds farm stands and markets near your ZIP code. The smoothie pickup, the farm and market to kitchen sessions and the events are South Florida only, based in Sunrise, FL.
Is everything vegan?
It is plant forward, which means plants lead the plate. Most menus are fully plant based, and your meal plan can include other proteins, fish, if that is how you eat. You set that when you build the plan.
What actually happens at a farm to kitchen session?
About four hours. You start at a farm or market, choose what is in season, and learn how to pick it, clean it and store it so it lasts. Then you cook a meal with it the same day and take the recipes home.
How do you handle allergies?
An allergy is a hard constraint, not a preference. Anything you list is excluded from every meal, every swap and the grocery list for the whole week.
What does the meal plan cost?
The first three days are free with the grocery list included. The rest of that week is $6 one time. A monthly plan is $20 and gives you a fresh week every week. Cancel anytime.
Can I bring my family?
Yes. Farm to kitchen sessions work well with two or three people, and plenty of households run one plan for the whole table. Tell us how many you are cooking for when you book.
Where do I pick up the Morning Smoothie?
Sunrise, FL. You order ahead, it gets blended that day, and you grab it on your way. Weekly and monthly pickup options are available.
Do I need to know how to cook?
No. Most meals run about 30-45 minutes and six or more ingredients. The sessions exist to teach the handful of techniques that make the rest of the week easy.
